- 5.2% – Tallaght-Jobstown (658 babies out of 12514 people)
- 5.1% – Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart (143 babies out of 2751 people)
- 5.0% – Balbriggan Rural (482 babies out of 9558 people)
- 4.9% – Ballinascorney (37 babies out of 740 people)
- 4.9% – Blanchardstown-Blakestown (1608 babies out of 32051 people)
